The Problem:
Carrying sensitive equpment in a hard case can be heavy and cumbersome.
Background:
One of the country’s leading ribbon microphone manufacturers needed a pouch to house their microphones. While they had a pouch already manufactured by another company, we were asked to provide a sample using our materials and processes.
The Solution:
Our soft goods engineers created a polyethylene foam interior that could be modified at the customer’s location depending on the microphone to be housed. We worked with the customer through several iterations of lid foam, base foam and plastic inserts to keep the shape integrity of the body.
