Rugged, Carry-All Sample Case

The perfect fit from hand tools to power tools.

The Problem:

Most carry cases for demonstration samples are bulky and heavy.

Background:

Our customer needed a lightweight carry case to display samples. The case would be carried by sales representatives and stored in a car between presentations. The customer wanted a rugged case but one that would allow the samples to be displayed professionally.

The Solution:

Once our engineers had the samples, they selected the most appropriate size case to house the samples. Given the nature of the samples, cans, we chose a light-duty polyester foam cut to securely house/hold the cans. The cutouts had plugs that made the cans stand out for high visibility. Yet, the convoluted foam lid, when closed, held the cans in place.

The case itself, made of polyethylene, resists scratching, solvents and most chemicals. The case can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. This provided the best solution for the customer: rugged, yet professional in appearance.

Style: Vacuum Formed
Material:Polyethylene plastic, aluminum frame and foam

The perfect balance of displaying our client’s product samples and protecting them.
