All C.H. Ellis and Chicago Case Company products carry a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only. The warranty specifically excludes: Misuse; Abuse; Normal/Expected wear; and Wheels.
C.H. Ellis and Chicago Case Company retains the right to repair, replace or give credit for products covered by this warranty at its discretion. Warranties on custom order products are treated on a case-by-case basis, but must be agreed to in advance in writing.
Products found to be defective during the first 30 days from shipment from C.H. Ellis/Chicago Case Company are to be returned by the most cost-effective way (usually UPS) at the expense of C.H. Ellis/Chicago Case Company. Contact customer service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning the product.
Products found to be defective after 30 days are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Contact customer service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number prior to returning the product.
The RGA number can be obtained by calling C.H. Ellis at 800-466-3351 or Chicago Case Company at 800-927-2602. Returned products should include a note in the consignment to indicate the reason for return and the RGA number.
